Being charged for subscription and somehow not a premium member

Being charged for subscription and somehow not a premium member

Thouroughly fed up with the app. For the past two months i have been charged the premium memership fee and yet my account claims im not a premium member. Tal about a waste of almost 20 bucks and a headache.

 

Ive tried redowloading the app (android) nothing has helped.

 

Need help resolving this issue or im cancelling my subscription and demanding a refund..

Hey!

 

That sounds as if there's a second account that got created accidently.

Could you please contact the Online Customer Support so they can check your account and see what's wrong?

If you get an automated answer, just reply directly to it and your case will be picked up by one of the Spotify support staff. 😉
