Being charged on 2 bank accounts for the same service

Today I was examining my bank transactions and realized I've been paying for premium service for the last 6 or 7 months on both my credit card and checking account! I remember creating an account before the mandatory facebook thing so I might still be getting charged from that old account. However, after 2 hours of searching meticulously through the community and the internet for solutions, I've found none. I've tried accessing the old account several times but for some reason, I can't. I've since cancelled my premium subscription on my account linked to Facebook. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and I'm done with this service, I just want to cancel the other account. The only thing that would make this better would be if the months I've been paying on the unused account are refunded or transferred to my current account.
