Being charged on Spotify

Being charged on Spotify

I got the 30 day free trial on Spotify and I made sure I canceled it on the due date the charge was going to renew and now it says "your subscription will end on 12/01/16" and my account still says "premium" and I got charged 9.99 I do not want to continue using Spotify and I don't want to be charged every month for it.
