Being charged to a spotify account that we can't access - Can't access email to recover it either

My dad has been using spotify premium on his phone for ages, haven't had problems until now.

 

He has got a new phone and has downloaded spotify and cannot login. Unsure about what email and password he used when he set it up, all of the emails i have tried are not recognised. I thought that maybe he has logged in with facebook instead but no, i have tried this and there is no spotify that is related to his facebook account 

 

He is still being charged for spotify and he cannot access his account. I can only assume that his spotify account is with an email that he no longer has access to. He has no problems before because he never needed to log in because he just used it from the app. My dad is not very good with phones/emails/computer hence why I am sorting this out, and hence why he has so many email adresses that could be related to the account (he keeps forgetting the password)

 

I think the easiest thing to do is to delete his account and cancel the subsciption, and start again with his main email, and start a subscription again

 

Please help - I have no idea how to delete his account and cancel his subscription without logging in

Can you log in by typing in the username field your username instead of your email address? Let me know, so I can try to assist you further!

many email addresses for my dad - sorry not sure what best way is to deal
with this

I have tried all the email addresses that I know and none of them are related to a spotify account. 

 

Is there a way I can cancel the spotify premium subscription without logging in, and just start again with a new account
