Hey @Chloe96,

Please check if you've been given one or two months of Premium here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

I pay for one month at a time but it's charging me twice with different amounts and on different days so I'm not sure what to do

Hi,

You can view your reciepts at https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/

Maybe that will help you.

On my receipts on Spotify it says I haven't been charged twice but on my bank statement I have been?

@Chloe96

It's likely have more than one Spotify account.

  • Check with your friends/family to see if anyone you know subscribed with your payment details.
  • Make sure you haven’t started an additional Spotify Premium subscription.

What to do: Spotify has send a receipt to your inbox when you start a new subscription. So check all your email addresses. If you find a second account, log into it, and cancel the subscription.
