Being charged twice and no response after filling out contact form.

Being charged twice and no response after filling out contact form.

I am being billed twice per month. I have used the contact form twice to try to resolove this issue but, I have got nothign back after sumbmitting my concerns.  There is nothing in my spam folder in my email and there seems to be no other way to contact Spotify. Am I missing something? Is there a phoen number for the billing department? I am just going to cancel my subscription if I can't get this resolved soon. If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear it.

Did you get the automated confirmation email which contains your case number when you got in touch or have you received nothing at all?
