Being charged twice and not getting any response to my email

I recenly signed up Spotify premium and wanted to change the billing account, I thought I had done it correctly by now I'm getting charged twice.

 

I emailed Spotify and have yet to have a reply 10 days later.

I am also being charged twice each month for Spotify Premium but I am unable to find an email address to contact them. Can you help?

@TristanLongley Have you replied to the automated e-mail?

 

@nickofarrell To contact spotify go to the online contact form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
