Being charged twice per month

I've noticed that since I upgraded to spotify premium, I have been charged twice per month. 

My bank details were asked of me again I'm assuming and I re-entered them, I was previously using my card but then when it asked for it again when I had upgraded to Premium I used Paypal instead.

But instead of it overwriting it, I have been charged via both payment methods. Which is obviously not what I thought would happen. I just assumed it was a confirmation to ensure I still wanted to pay the same way once I upgraded.

I have been charged twice per month since November, and so I am missing around £70!!

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have messaged Spotify but I am still waiting for a response.

I really hope they refund me the money for this as it's a LOT of money for me to lose and not realise.

Hi, This has happened to me also. But spotify work is not good. And I did not get their money back. Too bad it took me 1 year before I discovered it.

I have done. Waiting for a response, sent it a day or two ago. 

Response time is 2-4 days.

I guessed it would be a few days. I've posted on the forum to ask if anyone else has had this happen to them, whether they got it resolved...
