Being charged twice

I've been charged double my monthly payment for the past year.  I've tried to get help from Spotify over and over and am about to cancel my subcription.  So dissapointed in the company.   I know this has happened to others - any have luck with it?

Please, could you check your subscription page? If the next payment is 2 months away it's because you clicked twice the button, so you won't lose money.

Hey @kmmcc are you saying you've been charged twice for just this month? If so OviiiOne's suggestion above is correct. 

 

If you've been charged twice each month for a year (12 X 2 payments), please get in touch through our contact form. We can definitely help you from there, thanks!

Yes, I've been charged twice for almost a year. I've put in many contact
form requests.
