Being double charged by an extra account on my iphone

I have two accounts, one is normal the other exists on my iphone with a username 22bart2bt4hx3qmygnterefey. it's also premium and chewing my money for months.

I am pretty sure they are different since i am being double charged!

But I can not access this wield one so that i cannot cancel the subscription.

Any help?

They'll get back to your soon and help work through what you can do! Make sure to keep an eye out for an email with the subject line "Spotify Case # XXXXXXXX". It might find its way into your Spam/Junk folders, so keep an eye in there as well!

If you get a reply asking you to come back to the Community, reply directly to that regardless of the address and an agent will help you!
