Being over charged!

Being over charged!

I've been a Premium member for quiet some time.
This month, my premium payment came out this month on the 3rd, then came out again on the 4th..(The next day) so I have gotten charged twice in 1 month, which is about $20.
I contacted my bank but they said ask Spotify, I sent them an Email Bc they don't have a customer support #. Anyone know why this charged me twice, back to back?

Hey @Bzak20,

 

I’d recommend waiting on the reply from the Spotify Support team, as they’re the only one’s who have access to the backstage area of your account.
