Being overcharged

Being overcharged

I have been Overcharged. I am on Free and had $11.99 taken from my bank. I have tried to contact Spotity 6 times with no solution or proper answer. I continue to get emails with links not revalent to my situation. I have contactes my bank and they are willing to put a dispute in over that payment as I am on Free. Check my profile please. I can't even cancel 'A premium service', which is what I was charged for, as it says Free on my profile.

We’ll help you get to the bottom of this. If you're sure you have a Free subscription, you may have created a second account and upgrade that one on accident.
