Being stupid - paying for another users premium se...

Hi!

I hope someone can give me some ideas on how to solve my issue. I was stupid enough to use my credit card to pay for premium service for an (now) ex of mine. Now I can't get her to cancel the premium subscribtion, can't get a hold of her at all... Stupid me, but that is besides the point. My question is if anyone have got an idea on how to cancel a premium subscription for a user account that you don't control...

Hey @ebmhead ! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to cancel it for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
