Hi,

I have just checked my bank statements and I have just seen that I am being charged £9.99 for a premium subscription even though I cancelled my account many months ago. Can anybody help? Thank you!

When you cancelled did you receive a cancellation email? everyone receives a cancellation email when they cancel 🙂

The same thing is happening to me. I cannot reach anyone from Spotify and i don't even know how they got my account info. I preferr not to have to go through the hassle of closing my card and changing my account info for this. Please help.
