Belgium website language

Hi,

I'm a belgium user and what a frustration to navigate on website, first page is automatically in Dutch, why?

Belgium is a country where 50% speak French and other 50% speak Dutch.

So why first page of website is in Dutch?

Yes I can change language, and stock this choice in a cookies (that I delete each closure of my browser), but no, I want choice in first page, look at site www.apple.be, www.disney.be, they give me choice.

In addition some page like password reset are simply not translated..very annoying.
