Believed I cancelled premium subscription but was misled

On 20-9 or 19-9 I logged on to cancel the premium subscription free period and understood that I cancelled the "Cancel my subscription' link. However, I have now been charged today 22-9 and on re-visiting the site notice that to cancel the subscription requires clicking twice to cancel. I have not cancelled.

I found this very deceptive and am frustrated that I have been duped despite my express efforts to cancel the subscription.

I now request that the charge be refunded.
