My UK creditcard is about to expire, and I've moved to Bermuda (which comes under the UK as a overseas territory for Spotify as far as settings are concerned). I want to pay with my Bermuda creditcard but the Spotify webform for doing so comes back with the generic statement "Could not update payment details". When I try to change my country setting there's no option to change it to Bermuda (as it comes under the UK), and I can't use my Bermuda postcode which makes it difficult to continue my subscription.

Spotify is definitely available in Bermuda, for the avoidance of any doubt. However, this sounds like it may not be easily solved.
Is the address on file the same as the one linked to the Bermuda credit card? If not, it probably won't go through. Also, there needs to be some money available to spend on the card.

My creditcard does have funds available.
My problem is I cannot update the address under the change payment dialogue (specifically the postcode) as this is not a valid UK postcode. If I put the correct postcode into the edit profile dialogue under https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/profile/ when I come to update payment details https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/change-payment/ it complains the postcode isn't valid for the UK. As clever as the dialogue is for correcting errors, as there is no option for Bermuda as a country, I can't put my Bermuda card number in with a Bermuda address.
