My Question or Issue

My Spotify direct debit is showing in my banking app (lloyds), as a payment to Bet365. The text says Spotify, but the logo is Bet365's. Then when I select the transaction it has a 'See all transactions with Bet365' link, which says this is the only transaction with Bet365. I've contacted my bank and they say its a Spotify transaction. This happen to anyone else?

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like this might be an issue related to your banking app possibly mixing up company/transaction info. I'd recommend reaching out to them so they can take a look.

Let me double check this backstage in case there's anything that interferes in the transaction's display that's on Spotify's end.
