Betaal voor Premium maar heb een gratis account nu

Hoi.

Gisteren ochtend kon ik nog op mijn Premium account. Gisteren avond was ik in een keer uitgelogd. Nieuw wachtwoord opgevraagd en weer ingelogd. Nu ben ik al mijn muziek kwijt en mijn account staat op gratis terwijl er voor deze maand wel geld is afgeschreven. Heb verder ook geen mail ontvangen van een foutmelding. Tevens als ik op internet inlog staat er probeer Premium. 

Hoe krijg ik dit herstelt?? Vind het erg vreemd en vervelend
