So; here is a run down of my situation. I was logged out of my premium spotify account via my andorid device. I cannot remember the password, so I go through the procedure to change passwords. Well, it just so happens that my email address for said account is also a matter of not knowing the password. Also; I have gone through several attempts at trying to recover my password. No such luck. I have not used this email account in god knows how long. I had attempted to fill out a contact form I found via this community but I was sent back an email stating

Unfortunately, those "solutions" if youd like to call them that did not a single thing for me. If anyone can give any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Please help. Spotify is an everyday multiple hours per-day app for me. And it is one that I am paying for. Making it that much more aggrivating.

Now, just to clarify, you do not have your account linked with Facebook, correct?
I would recommend trying the support form one more time and reply directly back to the email with yuor problem again. This will prompt someone to respond.

Correct. I do not have my account linked through facebook or anything of the nature. I dont understad excactly what you mean by fill anouther form out and reply to the email directly. The messages Im recieving are from "no-reply@spotify". Im extremely frazzled over this.
yep. no problem. It says no-reply, but go ahead and reply back to it. The email will go through. The Community message is a screening program of sorts that helps direct people back here.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
Well thats nice and all. BUT unfortunately Im still stuck, with no response and no real "customer support" to get ahold of. I love spotify but if this is how business is conducted then I have got no reason to pay a company for a service that doesnt care about its customers. I could easily listen to all of this music via other streaming methods or even downloaded onto my device. So. Hopefully someone can do something (anything) about my problem.
Also, my case number is # 01456289 if that helps at all.

Thanks. Im really dumbfounded by this situation. I suppose I may be overreacting a little bit, but I have never "not" been able to contact customer service with near instant response. Even a very small clothing company with a tiny warehouse and small store front who has quite literally BOOMED in the last year was able to respond to me today within an hour during one of their biggest sales thus far of the year and clarified as well as found a solution to my issue.
