Big problem

So, the day that my spotify enden for 2 months free spotify was yesterday. I signed out from spotify yesterday, but when i checked my back account there was a new message that i'm gonna pay for the next month? So at this moment I have to pay? But I was on time, then Now i have a free account, while i'm gonna pay in the next few days....?????? So how do it goes to premium again for this month? That I pay? And why is't it stopped that I have to pay to spotify???

Hey @Fredfuritis,

 

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
