I have premium at the moment and received a new phone contract with free spoify, how do I cancel my subscription and will I need to start a new Spotify to get it free with my network provider? Will I lose all my music?

You can cancel your subscription here.

You will have to create a new account or wait for your current payment cycle to end.

 

If you decide to create a new account you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to merge your playlists with the newly created account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
