Have contacted your customer liason (using form twice) now, still no response back on advise. Please can you look into this asap and refund me for Dec 2013 and Jan 2014. I've added my case number in the message.

I have checked your case history and we did send a reply back on the 2nd.  This must have been filtered into your Spam.  The reason why you are being charged twice is that you do have two accounts - one attached to your Facebook and another linked to your gmail.  


I can see that you have not been using the Facebook-linked one, so I have cancelled that subscription and have sent you a refund.  This can take 3-5 working days to complete.  I will also be sending you a confirmation back via your case - so could you please check that you have got it?
