Billed Twice please help

I just got my first spotify charge on my credit card and I was charged twice 😞 I know I only have one account because I never made a second one. I contacted spotify via email and waiting for their response. Can you guys please take care of this for me? My case ID is 00893005. Thank you. 

can I please get a refund for that charge and can you guys please make sure I don't get charged twice again next month?

It is actually likely you've created another account accidentally. If you already have a case open, just wait for a reply 🙂

Hello all,

 

I am being billed twice a month.  How do you contact  accounts payable at Spotify to fix the mistake?   The contact form is not letting me type info to send.   Is there an email addresss or 800 number?

The contact form should work fine but you should try a different browser if you're having problems. You could try this alternative form instead too.

 

There is no telephone or email support I'm afraid.
