Billed and Charged Twice/Terrible Customer Service

For the second time in 2 years Spotify has managed to steal more money from me by charging me two times for Premium. Even going as far and figuring out my new expiration date on a card they had on file. I did not give them the updated information as I wasn't even aware I was being charged. This is out of control and fraud. Your customer service is terrible. I want to speak with someone
