Billed but Not Receiving Premium

This month I was billed and sent a receipt for Spotify Premium and it is still playing the free version. When I log into my account it is saying it is paused because of the lack of payment which obviously is contradicting. I haven't had any issues with my account before now and haven't changed anything. I had read about the multiple emails but I don't believe that applies to my account. Filed a service request a couple times with no response. Appreciate any assistance.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Double check you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook (email) and Spotify (username) logins!
