Hello.
I have been trying for about 3 weeks now to cancel my subscription. I am being billed $9.99 per month according to my bank. According to spotify... I've never paid a dime!!??!! When I log in (via facebook) I look under subscriptions & it shows I am using Spotify Free, thus I can not cancel the debit to my bank. Accoriding to your Receipts tab, I have never paid a payment to you.
What the heck is going on? This seems to be happening to many customers from what I gather here on your Help Forum Boards.
Also, I have contacted customer service to NO AVAIL.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
