Billed twice for several months

Billed twice for several months

I am being billed twice every month and I don't know why. I'm only using one handphone and one account. Please help!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ก

May i ask how many months this has been going on? If it has only double charged for 1 month and if the charge dates are close to each other then one of the charges will be carried over to the next month. However if the dates are different it could be possible that you have more than one account. If that is the case check all of your emails and see if you found the two subscriptions. If known of these happened to you then i would recommend contacting spotify by filling out this contact form
