Hello!
I got billed twice in the end of July, and now Spotify wants to bill me again for coming month.
Can you extend my premium for this month without me paying?
Hi there 🙂
It is likely you have two accounts running premium - this isn't actually unusual, as sometimes an account can be made using Facebook.
If you login using a username, can I suggest you try logging in with FB and seeing if that's a different account with a subscription? You can then cancel it.
You can then use the Support Form to request a refund. If you don't have a FB login, you can use the Support Form again, and they will track down the other account, or the reason for the double payment and will refund you 🙂

The thing is.. I think I made this happen because I wanted to cancel the subscription for a few days and then active it again so it would bill me on a later date.
But Im pretty sure I clicked it twice. I know I only use one account. And on my bankaccount it says "99 SEK Spotify" two times the same day.
So I guess I clicked it twice or something 🙂

Does the renewal date on your online account match the fact you have paid twice?

I have gotten two receipts on my email and two billings on my internet back account
Hi dickye,
Welcome to the Community.
I can see that you have inadvertently created a second account and started a second subscription on it.
Not to worry, it's an easy fix. Just get in touch using the online form, post the 8 digit case # and we'll sort this out 🙂
Alot of issues right nooow.. The link i clicked yesterday sent me to that page where i had to "complete my profile" but I couldnt log in anywhere so I had to create another acocount..
Where do I find this 8 digit case?
Thanks 🙂

It is displayed on screen when you submit a contact form and in the automated email reply you get which confirms you have submitted a contact form 😉

Sorry for the slow reply but it looks like my colleague got back to you. Hopefully everything got fixed up!
haven't seen any refund or anything on my internet bank yet so I dont know really 🙂
Just got reminded of this issue when my buddy said he had problems with his spotify getting hacked and nobody answering his e-mails..
so whats up?:)
I can see that one of our advisors sent an e-mail to you on the 29th of August which has not yet been replied to.
If you haven't received this reply, please have a look through your spam filter (where it may be hiding), send an e-mail in reply and we'll be happy to sort this for you ASAP.
I have looked through all my emails and I can't find that mail.
Can someone send it again?
I'll ask someone to get that sent out again for you.
