[Billing] Student Discount not Applied

First off, Spotify you need a freaking phone number! At least use Skype for the love of god. Secondly, I love your service.

 

Now for the problem at hand.

 

In August, I signed up for the Student Discount but my billing statement states that I have been charged full price. I would like to get this issue 1) resolved for future payments and 2) a partial refund for the price I clearly should not have been charged.

Richard, no one is replying to me in email. I have told my problem through contact us and its been about 4 days. I sign up for student discount after submitting everything it brings me to the log in screen, my credit card is not being charged but it holds my credit card information. Did you guys discontinue student discounts? Thanks

I've tried every platform, desktop, iPhone.

I would suggest you try to cancel your current subscription following the steps over on this help page then re-subscribe using your student discount link rather than trying to modify an already running subscription (if that is the case). No need to worry, you will still get all of the Premium days you have paid for doing this, you can cancel and resubscribe right away and you won't be billed until your next renewal date.

@Richard I sent the case number they replied saying to follow some steps to sign up again, I did and the same thing happens. After inputting payment information the submit button takes me to www.spotify.com/us . Home screen. I emailed them back they said to contact SheerID, what is that?? Please fix my problem, it's been almost a week now.

Keep at the customer support people via email, they are the only ones really who have the power to do anything.
