I paid for premium and it worked for a few months and then you blocked my account due to payment problems.I re entered my information and it says "your method of payment is not having a good day" for a while now,i called my credit card and everything it's fine,please fix it or i'll switch to google play because i'm tired of this kind of innecesary problems

If you're account has been locked due to non-payment, then you'll want to reach out to support so that they can work that out for you. To contact support, please fill out the online contact form.
