Hey guys, so I've had a premium account for forever now and thought I'd be clever and just link Spotify to my Bose app.. but Bose app reckons I don't have a premium account?! Is this to do with the recent increase in price or...? Spotify says I'm still premium though. Anyone with a bit of knowledge able to chime in here?

Hi @FFneko, welcome to the Community!

 

First of all, make sure you're using the correct credentials when logging in to your bose app.

 

If you see your Premium account here, make sure to use the same username and password on the app.
