Bot getting Premium to my family member

Bot getting Premium to my family member

Hi I just uploaded to Premium with a family package. An email with a code was sent to my wife so she could also be uploaded to Premium. The thing is that I get this annoying message that we are not in the same country, but we are!

Besides we could verify that in our both accounts which are properlt setup in Costa Rica with the only exception that my accounts page does not allow me to change the country (even though I would not need to).

At last my credit card is also from here
