Both Apple and Spotify charged me/charged twice

Hi so I have Spotify on my iPhone and I recently canceled my subscription through iTunes and resubscribed directly from Spotify. I was charged $11.99 after this but then when I was trying to download an app I got the notification to finish my unpaid payment which is the Spotify subscription I canceled before (it somehow appeared in my iTunes as a subscription again). So I was then charged $14.99. I've canceled my iTunes subscription again now. Is there anyway to get a refund? Also will I still be charged twice next month?

If you're subscription and your payments are through iTunes then you'll want to contact them for any refunds or mischarges. If it was a Spotify created account you can contact Spotify Cares through this contact form, their facebook or twitter.
