Bought 3 months premium for 9,99

I just bought the Spotify Premium offer, 3 months for 9,99 but when i received my payment confirmation it stated that i purchased just for 1 month.. how is this possible?

The 3 months of premium actually only costs $0.99, so you might have misread the offer and accidentally purchased a regular subscription ($9.99/month).

If you would like to contact Spotify support, they may be able to help you sort out your payment issue. If you get an email directing you back to the Community, reply to this email (even if it is a no-reply!) and Spotify support will contact you shortly.
