Bought Premium but No Receipt and Still Free

Bought Premium but No Receipt and Still Free

I bought Spotify Premium for a month through renewing an expired Spotify subscription under Manage Subscriptions in View my Apple ID. I payed $13.99 for the subscriptions with an iTunes card and I was not emailed a receipt and my account still says Free. I have checked the my desktop account and there it also still says that i dont have Premium. Please someone fix this.

I am having this same problem! Payed this morning the same way and it charged my itunes but still says my account free. And no email either. I have signed out and back into my account and also reinstalled the app. Nothing!

The reason why you can't buy Spotify Premium with iTunes money is because there is an Intro Offer, in this case it's the 3 months for 0.99.

Wait so what do you do if you've spent the money already but you don't have it? If I cancel and redo it when it's over, will I lose my money?

I would suggest getting a refund from Apple, I did that and got my money back.

How do you get a refund from Apple?

Google 'Apple report a problem' -> sign in, then the rest it pretty self explanatory.

Thank you so much! I ended up contacted Apple and they fully refunded my purchase. I didn't even think to get them involved, thanks again!
