Bought Premium to get the following two months for free?

I bought Premium for Christmas, while there was a commercial running about buying it before December 31st and get the following two months for free. Thing is now when one month has passed I'm back on free, what's up with that? Have I got it all wrong?

The offer are you talking about is only for user who never had premium before.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Oh but I've never had Premium before, I decided to try it just now because I thought it was quite a great offer and I needed to be able to play music without internet over the holidays (which I spent in a internet-free zone).
