Bought Spotify, but just 1 instead of three

I couldnt find the german forum so im asking here for help.

I live in Germany.

I bought me a paysafecard to buy the special offer (0.99€ for 3 Months), but instead of getting the 0.99€ version i did get only 1 month for 10€.
But i want the 0.99€ version with three months.

Could any staff help me so o get the 0.99€ versio with 3 months and get 9€ back?

Ich hab erstmal 15€ Google Play gekauft weil ich dachte man kauft Spotify damit ging dann ja nicht und dann 10€ Paysafecard und jetzt hab ich 25 Euro zum Fenster rausgeschmissen......
