Bought premium but can only use free

Hi, I purchase spotify premium each month, I renewed my subscription a few days ago, the money has gone out of my bank but I am only able to use the free version. I've cancelled my subscription and it says I can use spotify premium up until the 16th of October. Why has this happened? I've uninstalled the app and signed off and back in like it says on your website but it's still not working please get in touch as I feel I've been ripped off.

I am experiencing the same issue. Subscribed about 5 hours ago. Showing as premium on my laptop but not on my mobile. Tried Logging in and out and reinstalled. Still not giving me the premium options on my mobile. Extremely annoyed as this seems to be an ongoing and widespread issue but Spotify seems to ave done absolutley nothing to address it.

May I ask you to log out and back in again and check if you get premium?

I have logged out and in and still no premium. Still only have option of playing songs in shuffle mode etc.

Are you sure you are logging in with the correct account (if its created with Facebook you need to log in with Facebook and vice versa if it is created using spotify)

yes ive tried signing in both ways with no success.

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help. 


1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?
