Bought premium for 1 month via iTunes but my account is still free

Bought premium for 1 month via iTunes but my account is still free

5 days ago I bought premium for 1 month. I got subscription and receipt e-mails. I tried to contact with spotify's and iTunes's support 4 days ago. Spotify's support wanted my account's e-mail address and said they will check it. I sent it. But they haven't responded yet. And iTunes didn't even responded in 96 hours.(they said that they will contact me in 48 hours)

With it being Christmas holidays, I suspect replies might be taking a little bit longer than normal.

Both, iTunes and Spotify support responded. iTunes said that problem was about spotify's system so I should contact with them. And Spotify said you may bought it with different spotify account and wanted my Facebook account and other e-mail adresses. But I have never used my Facebook account or other e-mail adresses with spotify, and I said this to them. But I guess they didn't believe me.
