Bought premium, it charged, doesn't show me as premium account

Bought premium, it charged, doesn't show me as premium account

I bought the premium service, was charged, and I am told to buy premium.

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Does your profile page show premium ?

And have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

I have the same issue, my profile says I have spotify free, i tried making a clean reinstallation, and it's still the same

No it does not show as premium in the webpage and I did re-install it shows the upgrade button

I did, it doesn't help. Sadly.

It doesn't show me as Premium, i've tried three times, i keep receiving purchase notifications from the bank account, and it says the transaction has been done, althought i havent received any subscription
