Bought the yearly pre-paid plan

Hey Community, I recently ordered the wrong plan and it was ment for the family plan... is there a way to refund and re-do my payment process?

Maybe a little patience would do? Normally, it takes them less than a day to reply but for sure, you'll get a response within the day. Make sure you also check your Spam or Junk folders as the response may be sent there too.

 

If this isn't what's happening, we have Spotify employees here who can look after you. A PM would be suffice I think 🙂

For your case, you just need to get in touch with Spotify directly as we are entitled to a 14-day refund policy. It is stated here.

 

You can reach out to them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.

I've contacted them through that page, even on fb/twitter as that I didn't get a respond after 15 mins 😕
