Bought wrong subscription

Hi,

 

I wanted to buy the Spotify Unlimited but I accidentally pressed on the Premium after.

Because of my mistake, it is a Premium account now.

 

Would it possible for me to switch it back to Unlimited so that my subscription will end 26 June instead of 11 June?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get that changed over for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
