Bug Report: Visa card number box turns red incorrectly

 When entering a valid Visa card number at the "Change payment information" web page, the card number box turns red, indication an error, e.g. non valid card. If the user disregard this, convinced that the card info is fine, and presses the "Change payment information" button, the confirmation screen shows up. This error was found on the following page using Firefox 45.0.1 (svenska) on Windows 10 version 1511 (10586.164):

I had the same issue with a valid Amex card number. Also on Firefox (46.0.1).

Have you tried if the issue happens after you've restarted your computer, cleared the cache/cookies in your browser or opening an incognito window?
