Bug when adding/modifying credit card information with Safari browser

There may be some kind of bug. When I try to add or modify my credit card information with Safari browser, the loading icon starts spinning. It just keeps loading for hours and nothing happens. I've tried this many times during this and the last month. Then, I've also tried with Google Chrome browser, and it works with Chrome.

I use Safari 10.0.2 (which should be the latest one).

Yes, I tried to clear cache and cookies in Safari. The problem still occured.

I already modified my credit card information with Google Chrome browser, but wanted to introduce the problem so that it can be fixed so that other people would not have the same trouble.
