Hello,

 

I Bought a E card for myself but don't get the redeem code.

I already tried to use the contact form but that didn't help. 

... any Idee what to do ?

Hi Hwal- That's odd--I can see it went to the right email address.

 

I've got an email on its way to you now with some more info. Please look in your personal inbox when you have a second. 

A similar thing happened to me. My friend bought an e card for me for my birthday to get spotify premium or something. The email never came though, and I never got to use the money.

If your friend can get in touch with us via the contact form we can certainly help. He'll just need to confirm a couple quick details so we can investigate. 

we never got an email back for the contact form. I don't know how spotify will reply but my problem wasn't solved.

Hi cbunk8312 - If you friend received an automated resonse, he just needs to reply directly to that message. His email will then reach our payments team. 

 

Or if you could let me know the case number I can take a closer look.
