Buying spotify premium from another country

Hello there, i am currently studying in switzerland but Im from Malaysia. Can I buy spotify premium using the Malaysia plan which is rm3 for the first 3 months and then rm14.90 for the following months and use that plan in switzerland? Will the spotify premium work if i were to buy it using a malaysia plan but im using it in switzerland?
