CAN'T CREATE ARTIST PROFILE

Hi!

I have a huge problem creating my artist profile.

I sign in with a new personal spotify account with my email, than i don't know what to do. I'm an indipendent and i use Tunecore, they’ll take care of getting my music in Spotify. So i can't understand:  Does my artist page will automatically be created (throught TuneCore) when my content is being delivered to Spotify? (1 personal account + 1 artist page) or am i doing something wrong when i create the personal account?

I need help ASAP, Thanks
