I'm having the same problems. Can't get to my edit profile page because of a "Bad Gateway".

It would appear from reading the community there where some website issues recently, can you try again now?
As for having two accounts, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to remove the extra one for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
I am having the same issue, I first get error "Spotify desktop client communication failed." Then when I logged into site to set device passwords, I get "We're sorry, your email address was not available, please try to log out, log back in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support."
Spotify is looking into an issue with device passwords at the moment. For now, the workaround is to head to facebook.com > Settings > Security > App passwords > Generate app passwords, and generate one to use with Spotify.

Hi, the same problem here, i guess i have my 2 accounts, the one i created and the one that facebook created, i tried to change my e-mail adress in Facebook but each time i go back to my Spotify profile still the same, also i don't want to use Facebook in Spotify, can you help me?
