CAN'T LOG IN ON MOBILE

I LOGIN NORMALLY TO MY LAPTOP, BUT I CAN'T LOGIN TO MOBILE DEVICES, AFTER THAT I TRY TO LOGIN DEVICE TELL ME THAT THE USER NAME OR PASSWORD ARE INCORRECT. BUT THEY ARE RIGHTS!

PLEASE HALP ME

have you tried to reinstall you Spotify app like shown here?
